Cancellation Policy

AISC's Policy for Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist 1. Booking Policy Session Booking: All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Students will receive a confirmation email once the booking is successfully made. Availability: Sessions are subject to tutor availability. We recommend booking sessions as early as possible to secure preferred times. Booking Changes: Any changes to a booked session, including rescheduling or additional requests, should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: Students must cancel sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid being charged for the session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a charge equal to the session fee. Weekly Sessions: For weekly sessions, cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to receive a refund. To reschedule or transfer funds to another service, cancellations must be made 2 business days in advance. Late cancellations incur a charge equal to the session fee. Subscription Services: Subscription services can be canceled at any time. Sessions will end at the end of the designated paid month, and refunds will not be issued. 3. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Enrollment: If a preferred time slot is fully booked, students can request to be added to a waitlist. Students on the waitlist will be contacted if a slot becomes available. Notification: Students will be notified via email if a session becomes available. The slot will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. General Policies Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled based on tutor availability. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-Show Policy: Students who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged for the session. Session Recording: Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance.
